NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd – Radiator <\/strong><\/h3>\n

This Limited Warranty applies to NSC-branded radiators and cooling products sold by NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd.<\/p>\n

NSC Auto Parts guarantees that its products are free from material defects, provided they are installed and maintained in accordance with the conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n

Warranty Periods<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Commercial & 4WD Vehicles <\/strong>
    \nCoverage: 1 year.<\/li>\n
  2. Passenger & Non-commercial Vehicles<\/strong>
    \nCoverage: 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \n

    Warranty Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The warranty is valid only if:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The car\u2019s cooling system is inspected and confirmed to be in good working condition before installing the radiator or cooling part.<\/li>\n
    2. Stray electrical currents are tested and resolved by a qualified auto electrician prior to installation.<\/li>\n
    3. The cooling system is thoroughly cleaned and flushed to remove any residue, dirt, or old anti-freeze before installation.<\/li>\n
    4. New anti-freeze is added (unmixed with old or other types of anti-freeze) during installation, meeting the vehicle manufacturer\u2019s standards.<\/li>\n
    5. Transmission lines are correctly connected to the radiator.<\/li>\n
    6. A coolant meeting the manufacturer\u2019s specifications is used.<\/li>\n
    7. The installer ensures all drain plugs, sensors, and fittings are secure, with no stray currents in the system after installation.<\/li>\n
    8. The radiator is flushed, and new coolant is added.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Exclusions from Warranty<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      This warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n

      • Products installed incorrectly or without following the required procedures.<\/li>\n
      • Damage resulting from negligence, modification, or tampering.<\/li>\n
      • Products used in race cars, taxis, or highly modified vehicles.<\/li>\n
      • Labor, service, or delivery costs.<\/li>\n
      • Consequential damage caused by a faulty product.<\/li>\n
      • Commercial vehicles operating for prolonged periods while stationary.<\/li>\n
      • Vehicles used off-road, neglected, or in conditions outside normal usage.<\/li>\n
      • Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).<\/li>\n
      • When the radiator or part is not inspected by NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Filing a Warranty Claim<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        To file a claim, contact either NSC Auto Parts or the Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased. The following documentation is required:<\/p>\n

        1. A detailed description of the issue.<\/li>\n
        2. Clear photos showing the problem.<\/li>\n
        3. A copy of the original receipt or invoice.<\/li>\n
        4. Purchaser\u2019s full name, address, and contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The claims process begins once all required information is submitted and acknowledged.<\/p>\n
