Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipping.<\/li>\n
  • If an order is cancelled after shipping, the buyer will be responsible for any freight charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Return Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    NSC Auto Parts accepts returns under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    1. General Returns<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase at the buyer’s expense for a full refund.<\/li>\n
      • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including undamaged packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Condition of Returned Items<\/strong>\n

        • Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were supplied, without damage to the product or its packaging.<\/li>\n
        • A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to cover freight charges and box replacement if the packaging is not in good condition.<\/li>\n
        • NSC Auto Parts reserves the right to reject credit claims if the product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions outlined above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Unwanted Items<\/strong>\n

          • Products returned due to being unwanted must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Proof of Purchase<\/strong>\n

            • All returns must include proof of purchase and the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Freight and Shipping Costs<\/strong>\n

              • The buyer is responsible for all courier or postal fees associated with the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Processing of Refunds or Replacements<\/strong>\n

                • Upon determining the product is warrantable, NSC Auto Parts may, at its discretion, issue a replacement, credit, or refund the original purchase price.<\/li>\n
                • If the product is found not to be warrantable, the buyer may have the product returned to them at their expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Return of Radiators Under Warranty<\/strong><\/h4>\n

                  To qualify for warranty, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n

                  • Proper installation procedures, including electrolysis testing, were followed.<\/li>\n
                  • The car was inspected to ensure no contamination or over-pressurization occurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Steps for Warranty Return:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    1. Ensure the product meets the warranty conditions.<\/li>\n
                    2. Return the radiator to NSC Auto Parts, 33 Grayson Avenue, Papatoetoe, Auckland<\/strong>, along with:\n

                      • A copy of the original invoice.<\/li>\n
                      • Your name and contact phone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                      • NSC Auto Parts will test the product to determine its warrantability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Warranty Determination:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        • If the product is deemed warrantable, NSC Auto Parts will provide a replacement, credit, or refund at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
