NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd – Radiator

This Limited Warranty applies to NSC-branded radiators and cooling products sold by NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd.

NSC Auto Parts guarantees that its products are free from material defects, provided they are installed and maintained in accordance with the conditions outlined below.


Warranty Periods

  1. Commercial & 4WD Vehicles
    Coverage: 1 year.
  2. Passenger & Non-commercial Vehicles
    Coverage: 1 year.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if:

  1. The car’s cooling system is inspected and confirmed to be in good working condition before installing the radiator or cooling part.
  2. Stray electrical currents are tested and resolved by a qualified auto electrician prior to installation.
  3. The cooling system is thoroughly cleaned and flushed to remove any residue, dirt, or old anti-freeze before installation.
  4. New anti-freeze is added (unmixed with old or other types of anti-freeze) during installation, meeting the vehicle manufacturer’s standards.
  5. Transmission lines are correctly connected to the radiator.
  6. A coolant meeting the manufacturer’s specifications is used.
  7. The installer ensures all drain plugs, sensors, and fittings are secure, with no stray currents in the system after installation.
  8. The radiator is flushed, and new coolant is added.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products installed incorrectly or without following the required procedures.
  • Damage resulting from negligence, modification, or tampering.
  • Products used in race cars, taxis, or highly modified vehicles.
  • Labor, service, or delivery costs.
  • Consequential damage caused by a faulty product.
  • Commercial vehicles operating for prolonged periods while stationary.
  • Vehicles used off-road, neglected, or in conditions outside normal usage.
  • Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).
  • When the radiator or part is not inspected by NSC Auto Parts 2008 Ltd.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, contact either NSC Auto Parts or the Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased. The following documentation is required:

  1. A detailed description of the issue.
  2. Clear photos showing the problem.
  3. A copy of the original receipt or invoice.
  4. Purchaser’s full name, address, and contact information.

The claims process begins once all required information is submitted and acknowledged.
