Installation Guide (Radiator)

To maintain warranty coverage, radiators must be installed by a qualified technician following these steps:

  1. Inspect drain plugs, sensor plugs, and oil cooler fittings for secure connections. Ensure overflow pipes are clear of debris.
  2. Check for stray electrical currents using an analogue voltmeter or a similar tool.
  3. Test for electrolysis and rectify any issues before installation.
  4. Use the proper radiator flush process to remove old anti-freeze and debris.
  5. Verify that fan mounts and pipes are secure and functioning.
  6. Conduct a thorough inspection of the cooling system post-installation, replacing any damaged components.
  7. Confirm the cooling system is operating correctly by running the vehicle to normal operating temperature.
