Installation Guide (Radiator)
To maintain warranty coverage, radiators must be installed by a qualified technician following these steps:
- Inspect drain plugs, sensor plugs, and oil cooler fittings for secure connections. Ensure overflow pipes are clear of debris.
- Check for stray electrical currents using an analogue voltmeter or a similar tool.
- Test for electrolysis and rectify any issues before installation.
- Use the proper radiator flush process to remove old anti-freeze and debris.
- Verify that fan mounts and pipes are secure and functioning.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the cooling system post-installation, replacing any damaged components.
- Confirm the cooling system is operating correctly by running the vehicle to normal operating temperature.
